Overview

Total Opulence, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy online. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect through our websites at Mytotalopulence.com or any subdomains associated with this website (the “Site”), and how we collect and use that information.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Total Opulence, LLC. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the “service”, and any other users of the site.

The term “service" refers to information contained in or made available through our site (including but not limited to information contained on videos, blog posts, community message boards, comments, group and individual coaching calls, emails, text files, chats, lead magnets, webinars, freebies or any other traditional list building methods).

Use of our Sites, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Total Opulence, LLC, is subject to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. Information We Collect

Our Sites only collect the personal information you voluntarily provide to us while registering on our sites, which may include: placing an order, subscribing to our newsletter, responding to a survey or filling out a form, downloads, and website comments. When ordering or registering on our sites, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our sites anonymously.  You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however, your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site.

The information you provide is used to process transactions, send periodic emails, and improve the service we provide. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business and servicing clients and visitors. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.

Activity

Email is the best way to remain in touch with Total Opulence.  The information you voluntarily shared such as name and email address are used so that we can provide our free offers, periodic emails, specials or promotions, and other information that may be helpful to you.

If you change your mind at any point in time, you can certainly unsubscribe from the list.

Our email provider may also use cookies and other technologies to help track non-personal information that allows us to improve the quality of the content we send to you.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

When Might Information be Disclosed?

We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us by way of downloading a lead magnet, webinar, freebie or any other traditional list building methods.
